Infovisa User Events

One of the things that our clients have come to expect and appreciate is a steady stream of enhancements and updates to our products and services. At Infovisa, we take pride in having earned a reputation for continually developing our products to allow our clients to compete in an ever changing market.

To assist our clients in keeping current on knowledge of our products and to assist in training new client staff we offer several options for client training. The topics range from ‘refresher’ courses to module specific training. We know from client feedback that regardless of the topic, participants walk away having learned something to help improve their jobs as well as their organization’s service to their customers.

Do you need to take manual fees from an account but you are not sure how? Do you want to know how to utilize each of the fee reports in MAUI? Or do you just want to learn how to test a new fee calculation that you want to implement? Luckily, the Fees training available on October 19th at 3:00 PM (EST) or October 20th at 11:00 AM (EST) will be sure to cover these items and much more.
