Infovisa's core product is the MAUI trust accounting application suite which is offered as an in-house solution or through MAUI Cloud Services. MAUI was designed and built using our Innovation by Design™ approach which means that you must start with an intelligent system design. Our foundation was to build a system from the ground up, that would utilize real-time processing, eliminate codes, and would be 100% Windows based. The result to our clients is a solution that provides incredible accuracy, efficiencies, and reporting in their day-to-day business processes. We believe, and our clients agree, that MAUI is the most advanced trust accounting system and will allow you to control your costs.

Most trust accounting applications are going to provide you with the basics such as reviewing positions, processing trades, etc. The key to differentiation is how you go about completing your day to day functions. We have addressed this by adding several key components to MAUI. These include our Advanced Grid Technology, a robust "as of" reporting engine, no purging of history, customized statements, streamlined posting capabilities, and reporting tools for everyone in the department.

Another key component to the MAUI system is the ability to interface with third parties. We realized very early on that integration to complementary partners would benefit our clients. For that reason we have sought out and developed many relationships with other firms that enhance our product and returns value to our clients.

MAUIWeb™

Infovisa's client internet access product is MAUIWeb and it provides our clients' customers with unparalleled reporting and access including full transaction history and 'as of' positions. Their customers have access to enhanced graphing features, "dashboard" functions, and the ability to customize how they view their account details.

MAUIWeb incorporates many security features, including multifactor authentication providing our clients and their customer's assurance that their private data is protected through industry standard solutions. We have built a secure entry point for 24 hour access from anywhere in the world. Infovisa hosts the MAUIWeb product in our secure SAS 70 environment so our clients are able to reduce or eliminate time spent managing firewalls, monitoring Internet traffic and maintaining an Internet server.

Infovisa also offers Web Statements allowing clients to selectively upload account statements. This optional service allows customers to view their account statements online, print them or download them. The statements can range from performance measurement reports to standard trust statements. This service is further enhanced by the unparalleled statement design and layout flexibility built into MAUI. Clients who use this service have been able to significantly reduce postage and other statement rendering costs.

Another optional service made available to clients is MAUI Client Communications. This service allows firms to upload non-trust system reports or files from any source to MAUIWeb where they will be tied to user-specified accounts. This service reduces postage, eliminates sending emails with sensitive data and gives our clients’ customers a single site to utilize for reviewing their information.

MAUI Investment Manager

MAUI Investment Manager is the latest product to join the MAUI Suite of software. This product is a robust, integrated portfolio management system. MAUI Investment Manager eliminates the need for investment professionals to obtain a third-party relationship for modeling software, or managing their accounts through spreadsheets. MAUI Investment Manager allows managers to model all classes of assets in real time including the placement of trades for a straight through trading environment. MAUI Investment Manager includes a thorough exception reporting component identifying accounts that are in need of attention.

ETR

Tracking the performance of your accounts is just as important to you as it is to your clients. That is why we have built many different options of reporting performance to you and your clients. We start with our original product, Enhanced Trust Reporting (ETR). ETR is a stand alone application which will import data from the MAUI trust accounting system. ETR will then display detailed analysis relating to the performance of a single or group of accounts. We have also incorporated this functionality into the MAUI trust accounting system whereas you can integrate performance reports directly into your clients trust statements and give trust personnel the ability to review performance data online.
