That was true in 1992, when our innovative spirit led us to developing the trust industry’s first Windows-based, automated performance management system. It was true five years later when we introduced real-time trust accounting software. And again when we launched our subsidiary, Retirement Direct, a smart employee benefit (401(k)/PSP) recordkeeping solution.
Since then, we’ve continued to enhance our products and services with input from the people who use them everyday. Big improvements, small tweaks, and everything in between — all designed to enable trust professionals to focus more on their clients.

Infovisa is privately owned by a family-owned bank holding company that serves financial clients all across the country. Our national headquarters are in Cornelius, North Carolina, and we have offices in Denver, Colorado and Lincoln, Nebraska. Today Infovisa serves more than 165 clients nationwide. We proudly do not offshore any jobs — our development and our associates are all 100% U.S.-based.

Michael S. Dinges
President & CEO
Mr. Dinges has been a member of the Infovisa team since 1995 and has been president since 2001. Mike attained his undergraduate degree in business with an emphasis in accounting from the University of Nebraska – Lincoln. Prior to joining Infovisa, he was an internal auditor at Union Bank & Trust Company, an affiliate of Infovisa. Mike is also the President & CEO of Infovisa Wealth Services, LLC, an Infovisa subsidiary which uses the Infovisa software to deliver trust operations outsourcing services to banks and trust companies. Mike also serves on the board of Retirement Direct, an Infovisa subsidiary, which provides TPA services to banks and independent trust companies.
Chief Information Security Officer
Mr. Steward has been a member of the Infovisa team since 1994. Tim is responsible for datacenter operations and information security, as well as providing architecture oversight for new software products. He is the system architect of the MAUI system and the designer of Infovisa’s datacenter operations. Prior to joining Infovisa, Tim worked at Electronic Data Systems as a developer and architect. He received his undergraduate degree in math and computer science from Western Washington University.
Angela M. Gorman
Chief Operating Officer
Ms. Gorman oversees Infovisa’s client support, testing, data conversion, and implementation functions. Angela began her career at Infovisa in the implementation team where she performed training and data conversions for new clients. She then went to work in the trust technology groups at Wachovia and Wells Fargo, before returning to Infovisa. Angela received her undergraduate degree in Management Information Systems from Penn State, Erie.
Vice President – Sales & Marketing
Mr. Carlisle joined the Infovisa team in 2005. He is responsible for selling the Infovisa solution to new clients, focusing on bank trust departments and independent trust companies that offer wealth management and trust services. Jeff’s more than 30 years of trust experience began as a trust operations officer at The Century First National Bank in St. Petersburg, FL. From there, he went on to spend more than 20 years working for other trust system providers. Jeff received his undergraduate degree in business with an emphasis in finance from The Florida State University.
Vice President – Sales & Marketing
Mr. Ayres joined the Infovisa team in 2020 after a 14 year career with Broadridge Financial Solutions. He is responsible for selling the Infovisa solution to new clients, focusing on bank trust departments and independent trust companies. Mark’s more than 23 years of trust and sales experience began with Federated Investors and Matrix Financial Solutions. Mark joined the Broadridge family in 2010 as a part of the Account Management team dedicated to trust. He received his undergraduate degree in Political Science from Westminster College (PA), a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Duquesne University, and currently sits on the Board of Directors of the Fiduciary Education Foundation.
Vice President – Outsourcing Operations
Ms. Sturges joined the Infovisa team in 2017. She is responsible for managing Infovisa Wealth Services, LLC, Infovisa’s outsourced operations division. Maria has more than 25 years’ experience working for community banks. Prior to joining Infovisa Maria was Vice President, Manager of Trust Operations and Administration in Connecticut. She then went on to become Senior Vice President, Manager of a trust department in New Mexico. Maria attended Cannon Financial Institute’s Trust program and Northwestern’s Graduate Trust School program earning her CTFA designation from the Institute of Certified Bankers. Maria is also an Advisory Board Member for the Trust Education Foundation.
Vice President – Development
Ms. Beatty joined the Infovisa team in 1994. Christy is the lead developer on MAUI and manages the MAUI development team. Prior to joining Infovisa, she worked at Huntingdon Chen-Northern Engineering and Environmental. Christy received her undergraduate degree in mathematics with an emphasis in computer science and a minor in electrical engineering from the Colorado School of Mines.
Web Development Manager
Mr. Metzner joined the Infovisa team in 2013 and manages Infovisa's web development team. He has more than 15 years of software development experience and served as a developer and team lead at Infovisa before assuming a management role. Prior to joining Infovisa, Mark was a software developer at Sandhills Global working on a wide variety of public and internal web applications. Mark received a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from Doane University.
Mr. Tipton joined the Infovisa team in 2008. He is responsible for managing Infovisa’s product team and oversees the successful life cycle and adoption of all Infovisa products. Brandon began his career at Infovisa within the client support team providing training and issue resolution. He received his undergraduate degree in Trust and Wealth Management from Campbell University, along with a Master’s Degree in Business Administration.
